Inside Sales Executive IT Distribution

About the Role

Tech First Gulf is seeking an Inside Sales Executive for IT Distribution. This full-time role is based in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. The position focuses on generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth within the IT Distribution sector. The ideal candidate will identify prospective customers, qualify sales opportunities, manage existing accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities within target markets.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting methods.
• Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and initiate the sales process.
• Develop and expand business within existing customer accounts while acquiring new customers.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and vendor teams to develop effective sales strategies.
• Create and transfer qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members for closure.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunity pipelines in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities, including documentation of customer requirements and next steps.
• Present product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, KPIs, and revenue targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in IT Distribution, IT Hardware, Software, or Technology Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Proven ability to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close sales.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, or similar systems.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong objection handling, problem-solving, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Well-organized with strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations, sales reports, and basic sales analysis.
• Capable of performing basic mathematical calculations and pricing computations.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT Distribution, Value-Added Distribution (VAD), or technology channel sales.
• Understanding of IT products, including hardware, software, networking, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and enterprise technologies.
• Strong account development and pipeline management skills.
• Experience working with vendors, resellers, system integrators, and channel partners.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities covering the Jeddah and Makkah regions. The role requires an individual who can thrive in a dynamic, target-driven sales environment.
