About the Role: Join Haji Abdullah Alireza & Co. Ltd. as a Legal Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development Unit (BDU) with comprehensive legal and transactional services. This position is vital for ensuring the integrity of our agreements and operational documents as we engage in pivotal public-private partnerships in various sectors including water, power, and renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transactional Legal Support: Prepare and update Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation required by international banks, partners, and regulators. Review and assist in drafting commercial and corporate agreements.
  • Document Management: Coordinate the execution and timely signing of all legal documents while maintaining a secure filing system for all contracts and statutory documents.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university.
  • A maximum of 2 years of experience in a reputable law firm, corporate legal department, or financial institution.
  • Proven experience in transactions, legal due diligence, and compliance.
