Key Responsibilities

• Launch and develop the Stranger Soccer brand and business operations within Jeddah.
• Recruit, train, and lead a core team of 2-3 individuals, alongside freelance Official Hosts, to manage game operations.
• Identify and secure optimal time slots at local football venues.
• Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives, both digital and direct, to promote the platform as a preferred method for playing football.
• Oversee the game schedule, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat engagement.
• Utilize the operational and technological support provided by the Singapore headquarters.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A strong passion for football and established connections within the local football community.
• Proven business background, preferably in management and customer service roles.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit or prior experience in business ownership.
