About the Role

Alkahily Consulting is seeking a Luxury Boutique Supervisor for its client, a prominent company in the luxury watches and jewelry sector. This full-time position is based in Makkah and involves leading the operations of new retail boutiques. The role focuses on delivering a high-standard luxury retail experience and driving commercial performance.

Role Overview

The Boutique Supervisor will oversee the daily management of the boutique, including guiding and motivating the sales team. This position requires ensuring exceptional client service standards and contributing to the boutique's commercial success. The supervisor will also act as a brand ambassador, fostering client relationships and supporting the team in achieving sales targets. This role reports into the retail function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to deliver client experiences.
• Uphold brand luxury standards in service, presentation, and visual merchandising.
• Drive boutique sales performance and support the achievement of commercial targets.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling and personalized service.
• Oversee daily operations, including stock management, reporting, and boutique standards.
• Support the successful opening and establishment of new boutiques.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Proven track record in driving sales performance and achieving commercial targets.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and clienteling practices.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in Makkah. The role involves working within new luxury boutiques as part of an expanding retail presence.
