Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor machines in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct quality checks and promptly report any issues.
  • Accurately complete production and quality reports.
  • Adjust machine parameters and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic maintenance.
  • Apply 5S standards to organize the work area.
  • Manage materials and support an efficient production flow.
  • Execute timely and accurate machine changeovers.
  • Ensure clear handover between shifts.
  • Meet daily production targets while minimizing downtime.

Required Skills:
  • Experience with machines such as Battenfield Extruder, Plasmec Mixer System, and Amut Extruder.
  • Familiarity with materials including PVC, CPVC, and PPR.
  • Ability to work with various sizes ranging from 1/2 Inch to 8 Inch.

Experience Required: 1-4 years

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating paper machines, preferably in the tissue industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Valmet machines is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality control.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.
