We are a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company dedicated to creating high-quality medicines for over 50 years. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production processes, specifically within the powder area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up machines for production cycles, including operating and setting appropriately.
  • Control and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
  • Understand production procedures and effectively read relevant documents and manuals.
  • Perform line and equipment setups and cleaning, utilizing hand tools and adjusting instruments as needed to meet cGMP compliance.
  • Complete the necessary documentation to support production procedures, including data capture and inventory batch records.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the production area and equipment following regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Chemical Production or Mechanical Production.

Skills Required:
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Capacity to work under pressure.

  • Hands-on experience with Valmet machines is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality control.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.
