The Role: Maintenance Electrical Analyst GF

BRF is seeking a Maintenance Electrical Analyst GF to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the operational efficiency and availability of equipment within the assigned area, focusing on electrical and control systems maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal equipment efficiency and availability.
• Manage breakdown and preventive maintenance activities for electrical and control systems within the designated area.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and ensure adherence to maintenance tasks and plans.
• Formulate and execute a strategic spare parts plan.
• Oversee and manage the maintenance budget effectively.
• Identify, develop, and train the maintenance team on relevant processes.
• Develop and implement troubleshooting guides, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) processes.
• Cultivate a culture of safe working systems within the team.
• Comply with BRF's Sustainability Policy guidelines and ensure adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote compliance with indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments, connecting actions to sustainable development across the BRF chain.

Qualifications and Experience

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance and analysis.
