Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on GA mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize interruptions.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules aligned with OEM standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Support installation of new equipment in the GA line.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train maintenance technicians on best practices.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improve processes.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SolidWorks/CAD.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and components in automotive assembly.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with effective communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in the automotive industry.
• Hands-on experience with GA equipment such as conveyors and robotic systems.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and TPM principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is advantageous.

• Train maintenance staff on best practices.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in automotive, particularly BIW.
• Hands-on experience with BIW equipment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and TPM principles.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
