Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections and maintenance checks throughout the hotel premises.
  • Repair and maintain mechanical equipment to meet the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement emergency programs and safety inspections.
  • Coordinate renovation projects, including bidding, budgeting, and managing contractors.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

What Are We Looking For?
A successful Maintenance Supervisor at Hilton will demonstrate:
