We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians with a service mindset to ensure quality service and improve equipment safety and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and satisfaction through quality service.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and attend call-outs.
  • Report on work performed and ensure equipment safety and performance.
  • Identify and communicate site risks to supervisors.
  • Follow safe working practices and maintenance protocols.
  • Raise sales leads to supervisors based on customer interactions.

Requirements:
  • ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation.
  • 5 years of Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience in a reputed elevator company.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic IT and digital foundation skills are preferred.
  • A valid GCC driving license is a plus.
