We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing efforts across our portfolio of Food and Beverage (F&B) brands. This role is essential for driving brand growth and sales performance while building a robust marketing foundation suitable for both established and emerging concepts.

Role Overview
You will collaborate across various fast food and fast-casual brands, managing the marketing strategy, campaign execution, and brand development from proof-of-concept through to expansion. This position requires a unique balance between strategic thought and practical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy & Development: Develop and execute brand strategies and positioning for new and existing F&B concepts. Oversee outsourced development of brand guidelines ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Marketing & Campaign Management: Plan and execute full-cycle marketing campaigns (digital and offline). Drive sales growth through targeted, data-informed marketing initiatives.
  • Social Media & Content: Lead social media strategy and create content that resonates with audiences. Monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Packaging & Brand Assets: Develop packaging concepts consistent with brand identity and operational considerations.
  • New Concept Launch & Scaling: Support the launch of new F&B concepts, including branding and go-to market plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in F&B marketing, preferably with fast food or fast-casual brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth through effective strategies.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage and oversee all accounting and financial activities related to the company’s real estate and development projects.     • Maintain and monitor the commitments register (POs, contracts, subcontracts, and variations).
  • Project Governance & Compliance:
    • Ensure project spending complies with Delegation of Authority (DOA) and internal financial controls.
    • Support financial controls over procurement, contract management, and subcontractor billing.
    • Coordinate with Internal Audit to address project-related financial risks.
    • Prepare documentation required by external auditors for project assets, revenue, and cost validation.
  • General Accounting (Project-Linked):
    • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to project accounting.
    • Reconcile project accounts, intercompany charges, and project-related balance sheet accounts.
    • Prepare asset capitalization schedules (PPE, investment properties, development properties).
    • Assist in VAT, Zakat, and tax reporting related to project costs and revenues.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in project accounting.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or project-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, cost control, and IFRS.
