Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives. The role involves enhancing brand visibility and driving sales through effective strategies and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trading model principals.
  • Lead the Annual Development Plan process by aligning strategies and defining KPIs.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and analyze category performance for growth opportunities.
  • Maintain an understanding of customer developments to inform strategies.
  • Conduct store visits for insights and execution assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on trade priorities.
  • Design and deploy trade marketing initiatives and oversee product launch readiness.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure effectiveness of programs.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with retail and distribution channels.

Key Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of F&B metrics and marketplace trends.
  • Excellent project management skills and creative mindset.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly preferred.
