Join Hilton as a Marketing Manager!

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in developing and implementing our annual marketing plan, driving key objectives, current initiatives, and relevant marketing activities relating directly to our hotel cluster. You will lead the marketing team and ensure that all functions contribute to achieving our commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing plan, including eCommerce, brand, and loyalty marketing.
  • Drive a sound B2B and B2C strategy for each hotel in line with our commercial focus.
  • Measure the success of marketing activities and produce performance reports for key stakeholders.
  • Oversee promotional activities at local, regional, and global levels, ensuring brand adherence.
  • Manage social media activities and enhance customer interaction.
  • Develop local partnerships and oversee revenue-driving activities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector.
  • College degree in Marketing or Hotel Management.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong project management skills and budget management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in native languages.
