About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Mgr Food & Beverage II B to oversee all food and beverage operations in Makkah. This full-time position involves managing culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations, focusing on guest and employee satisfaction while achieving financial objectives. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in the food and beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial plans, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction initiatives for all Food and Beverage departments.
• Maintain a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
• Oversee all culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations.
• Lead and manage the Food and Beverage teams, ensuring daily operations meet standards.
• Foster a work environment that promotes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by proactively addressing guest concerns and aligning all staff with the brand's service culture.
• Provide guidance, set performance standards, and monitor the performance of subordinates.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development through coaching and training.
• Comply with all corporate accounting procedures and relevant food and beverage laws and regulations.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems and drive effective departmental communication.

Leadership and Team Management

• Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage team members.
• Advocate for sound financial and business decision-making, demonstrating honesty and integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of applicable food and beverage laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement business plans for food and beverage.
