Job Description

About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking an Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) Registrar to join their team in Makkah, Makkah Region. This full-time position involves serving within the ENT department, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of injuries and illnesses related to the ear, nose, and throat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients and accurately document findings.
  • Design and execute comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Educate patients on their health conditions, required investigations, treatment options, and medication usage.
  • Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Order and review results of patient investigations.
  • Prescribe appropriate medications for patients.
  • Fulfill all obligations related to patient records.
  • Integrate population factors such as heritage, environment, and disease prevalence into patient care.

Compliance and Professional Development

  • Adhere to all Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) Policies and Procedures, Bylaws Strategic Plan, Rules & Regulations.
  • Comply with the mission, vision, goals, and practice guidelines of NCC.
  • Actively participate in assigned NCC Committees and Task Forces.
  • Adhere to CBAHI standards of care.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, local agencies, vendors, patients, and their families.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with Clinical, MOH, and CBAHI quality standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous professional development of junior staff.
  • Develop, participate in, and support an active Continuing Medical Education program for the assigned Section, Department, or Clinical area, as directed by the chairman.

Specialty Tasks and Privileges

  • Perform specific privileges based on individual training, experience, skills, and in accordance with the guidelines of the Saudi Health Council.
  • Undertake additional tasks as determined by specialty and clinical privileges.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant medical field.
  • Demonstrated evidence-based practice orientation.
  • Ability to complete fire safety requirements.
  • Compliance with clinical and departmental structure standards, including attendance.

Work Environment

This role is based entirely indoors within a clinical setting.
