We are seeking a diligent Payroll Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to contribute to a vital function within our organization.

Role Overview

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all payroll-related activities and maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction. This role involves direct engagement with employees to address inquiries and manage various payroll transactions, all while adhering strictly to Nahdi policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee complaints and inquiries, such as transaction issues, salary delays, and guidance on uploading requests into the self-service system, ensuring timely resolution as per set SLAs and SOPs.
  • Follow up daily on all payments registered in the payroll system, verifying compliance of payment details with established payroll policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy.
  • Validate and escalate employee requests submitted through the self-service system, including holidays, cash in advance, leaves, business trips, and end-of-service requests, to ensure compliance with internal policies and accuracy.
  • Submit various transactions, such as annual leaves, sick leaves, and business trips, after thorough revision and validation for accuracy and compliance with policies and processes, ensuring employees have visibility on the status of their transactions in the self-service system.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to concerned stakeholders by analyzing employee requests, including holidays, commissions, allowances, and end-of-service, to ensure the provision of proper and timely payroll services to Nahdi employees.

Required Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in a payroll or related administrative support function.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy in all payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee interaction and inquiry resolution.
  • Ability to analyze information and prepare clear, concise reports for stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in adhering to established company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, follow up on payments, and process requests efficiently.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in our offices in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, operating within a supportive and professional team environment at Nahdi Medical Co.
