Product Specialist (Cardio Immuno Line)

About the Role

Biologix is seeking a Product Specialist for the Cardio Immuno Line to join its commercial team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting the Cardiology and Immunology portfolio in the Western area. The Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting assigned products, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving business growth within the designated territory. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to increase disease and product awareness, execute strategic account plans, and deliver value to customers. The Product Specialist will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while contributing to the overall business objectives for the Cardiology and Immunology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and territory objectives for the assigned Cardiology and Immunology product portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists, immunologists, internists, rheumatologists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure optimal customer coverage and territory management.
• Deliver scientific and product-related information in line with approved marketing strategies and compliance standards.
• Increase disease awareness and product knowledge through scientific discussions.
• Identify and develop key accounts to maximize business opportunities and customer engagement.
• Develop and implement territory action plans based on customer needs and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights, providing feedback to management.
• Manage promotional materials and product samples in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports using the company's CRM system.
• Support product launches, scientific meetings, congresses, and educational events.
• Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with pharmacovigilance and company requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports, territory updates, and business performance analyses.
• Maintain high standards of ethics, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of previous pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Cardiology and/or Immunology.
• Experience within the Saudi pharmaceutical market is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
