About the Role

Elsewedy Electric Power Systems Projects is seeking a Project Store Administration Senior Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is central to ensuring the efficient and compliant management of project materials, from receipt and inspection to storage and issuance.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of material handling within project operations. This includes overseeing receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and disposal processes to maintain accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. The specialist will be responsible for upholding stock record integrity, optimizing storage systems, and adhering to safety standards, all while ensuring continuous material availability for project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the unloading, inspection, and systematic storage of materials in designated locations.
• Verify material quantities and specifications against relevant purchasing documents to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and maintain storage areas in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines and established company safety procedures.
• Monitor and replenish material levels proactively to prevent shortages and ensure uninterrupted project operations.
• Maintain precise stock records and a comprehensive filing system, adhering strictly to company procedures.
• Issue and distribute materials to labor, subcontractors, and clients as per company protocols.
• Recommend and coordinate the disposal of excess, defective, or expired materials in compliance with company guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project store administration or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage material receipt, storage, and issuance processes effectively.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate stock records and inventory systems.

Work Location

This position is based in Makkah, with project activities extending to Jeddah. The role is full-time, supporting critical project operations within the region.
