About The Role:
As a mid-level Procurement professional, you will support procurement processes, including RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, and cost analysis. Your role is to liaise with buyers and facilitate the purchasing of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute procurement processes and standards, including RFQs/RFPs and negotiations.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding order status and changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist buyers in purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services.
  • Prepare purchase orders and payment approvals for a smooth procurement process.
  • Contact suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues with shortages or delays.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
  • 2 - 3 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Strong vendor relationship management skills.
  • Experience with SAP for creating POs and updating PO trackers.

Nice to have:
  • Experience in construction or HVAC.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and rate contracts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
  • Ability to prepare reports and analyze procurement data.

About the Role:
Umm Al Qura for Development & Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to support our Procurement & Tendering Department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing procurement activities while ensuring compliance with internal processes and supporting the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective procurement solutions aligned with our organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the end-to-end procurement process including preparation of RFQs and RFPs, bid collection, evaluation coordination, and documentation.
