We are a leading establishment specializing in healthy meal production located in Jeddah. We are currently seeking a dedicated Purchase Specialist to manage our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase requests from various departments ensuring specifications and approvals are complete.
  • Research suitable suppliers and compare offers for best prices and quality.
  • Prepare and approve purchase orders as per authorization procedures.
  • Manage suppliers, including creating and updating the database of approved vendors.
  • Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality and timeliness.
  • Negotiate prices and payment terms to achieve the best conditions for the company.
  • Coordinate internally with the warehouse management to ensure material availability.
  • Collaborate with finance for settling payments and invoices and tracking purchase orders.
  • Adhere to the company's purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Document all purchasing transactions and maintain records as per regulations.
  • Participate in preparing periodic reports on purchases and costs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Preferred candidates with professional certifications in procurement or supply chain (* CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply, preferably in the restaurant or food industry.
  • Experience in supplier management, bid analysis, and commercial negotiations.
  • Familiarity with local purchasing methods.
  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
  • Ability to prepare reports and analyze procurement data.
  • Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and local tax law.
  • High attention to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
