  • Coordinate testing and inspections such as water penetration, air leakage, structural performance, and sealant adhesion.
  • Raise and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are properly implemented.

  • Communicate quality requirements to production and installation teams and participate in quality meetings.

  • Prepare inspection and testing reports, and maintain calibration records for measuring and testing equipment.
  • Track NCRs, corrective actions, and preventive actions, ensuring proper project quality record control and document management.

  • Identify recurring fabrication and installation defects, analyze NCRs and quality issues to identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop inspection checklists and quality procedures, and conduct quality awareness and toolbox training for production and site personnel.
  • Support efforts to improve manufacturing and installation processes to reduce rework, material wastage, and project delays.

Qualifications and Experience
