About the Real Estate Marketing Lead Role
Rabezza Ltd is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Marketing Lead to manage its integrated real estate marketing operations. This full-time position, based in the Makkah Region (Jeddah and Makkah), requires a strategic professional with a proven track record in the Saudi real estate market. The primary objective is to maximize asset returns and achieve high occupancy and sales rates, ensuring full compliance with General Authority for Real Estate (REGA) regulations.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Real Estate Marketing Lead will oversee property management, facilities, sales, and leasing functions. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans for the company's real estate portfolio, managing end-to-end sales and leasing operations from promotion to contract execution, and ensuring timely lease contract follow-up and rent collection via the Ejar platform. The role also involves conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and risks, and fostering team development and performance within the property management division.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or Engineering. Professional certifications in a relevant field are considered a strong advantage. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate marketing and property management within the Saudi market, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Proven experience managing a diverse real estate portfolio, including residential, commercial, and administrative properties, is essential.
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Mastery of digital and traditional real estate marketing techniques and sales funnel management.
- In-depth knowledge of government platforms such as the Ejar platform, Wathiq system, and REGA regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, with Odoo experience being preferred.
- Experience with PropTech tools and 3D virtual tours.
- Strong analytical abilities for interpreting market reports and conducting feasibility studies.
- Effective negotiation and deal-closing skills in competitive markets.
- Demonstrated team leadership, performance management, and talent development capabilities.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Possession of a valid real estate broker or consultant license from REGA, or a willingness to obtain one.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position located within the Makkah Region, with responsibilities spanning the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
