About Ahtarafion and the Role

Ahtarafion is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage comprehensive end-to-end recruitment activities. This role involves supporting client hiring requirements across various industries within Saudi Arabia. The position is full-time and based in the Makkah region, specifically serving clients in Jeddah and Makkah. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, coupled with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and identify suitable talent through diverse sourcing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from receiving job requirements through candidate placement.
• Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, and candidate specifications.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and direct headhunting.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Prepare candidate shortlists and present suitable candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate feedback, interview outcomes, and hiring decisions.
• Conduct reference checks when required.
• Support salary and offer negotiations between clients and selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the recruitment system.
• Build and continuously develop a strong candidate database and talent network.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor recruitment market trends, salary levels, and talent availability in Saudi Arabia.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets and agreed hiring timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple vacancies across different functions and industries.
• Experience working within a recruitment agency or staffing company is preferred.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, CV databases, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Good understanding of the Saudi recruitment market.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position located in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering client needs in Jeddah and Makkah. The salary for this role is not disclosed and will be discussed during the interview process.
