Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Reception operations for check in/out procedures.
  • Support Team Members in handling guest requests and inquiries.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and monitor the performance of the Front Office Team.
  • Brief the team on daily events and VIP guests.
  • Promote hotel services and drive sales revenues.
  • Conduct ongoing training programs and carry out shift handovers.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards and IT proficiency.
