The Role: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Wasael Al-Rahah Company For Manufacturing is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time, on-site role is central to driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility for our Soft Touch and Sleep Key product lines. The specialist will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers within the bedding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to expand the client base.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Present product features and benefits effectively to retail and hospitality partners.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness.
• Support various promotional activities for Soft Touch and Sleep Key products.
• Gather market feedback to inform and refine sales strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports for management review.
• Collaborate with management on product pricing and market positioning strategies.
• Provide training and product knowledge support to internal teams and key accounts.

Qualifications and Experience

• A background in marketing or commercial roles is required.
• Prior experience, preferably within the consumer goods, textiles, or hotel supply industries, is beneficial.
• This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based on-site in Jeddah, Makkah Region. The role requires the ability to travel locally as needed for client visits and various market activities. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will operate within a company focused on maintaining high-quality standards, fostering brand growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
