Join our team at Ledar! We are a leading real estate developer and investor aiming for excellence. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in selling residential units, especially under the off-plan sales system, and assisting clients with their real estate needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell residential units under the off-plan sales system and housing projects.
  • Provide real estate consultations to clients.
  • Manage and follow up with potential clients and convert them into buyers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Participate in campaigns, exhibitions, and real estate events.
  • Document all sales transactions according to official regulations.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven experience in off-plan sales.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
