As a Sales Engineer, you will represent our innovative on-demand spare parts and digital warehousing solutions while driving client engagement and revenue growth across the energy, oil & gas, and petrochemical sectors.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify leads, understand technical needs, and bridge client requirements with Immensa's digitization and manufacturing capabilities.

As a Sales Engineer, you will represent our innovative on-demand spare parts and digital warehousing solutions while driving client engagement and revenue growth across the energy, oil & gas, and petrochemical sectors.
Purpose of the Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to identify leads, understand technical needs, and bridge client requirements with Immensa's digitization and manufacturing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Opportunity Development:
- Identify and qualify new leads within target industries (oil & gas, energy, petrochemicals).
- Research clients’ operations and maintenance requirements to uncover pain points.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns, events, and case studies.
- Utilize CRM and ERP tools to record leads and track progress.
- Technical Engagement:
- Meet customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Collect project details and coordinate internally for costing and feasibility.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals that align with client needs.
- Conduct product demos of Immensa's capabilities.
- Sales Execution:
- Share quotations and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with design, production, and finance teams.
- Handle order processing, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Provide after-sales support and collect customer feedback.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on leads and customer engagement metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of technical sales experience in the oil & gas or energy sector.
- Proven success in solution selling and lead conversion.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical components and industrial supply chains.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel.
