Sales Executive, Holiday Inn Corniche
IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales Executive for the Holiday Inn Corniche in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving sales performance and contributing to the hotel's profitability within the dynamic hospitality sector.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for managing daily sales operations and achieving room night sales goals. This role involves strategic planning and execution to maximize occupancy, increase average rates, and boost overall sales across various hotel services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales activities and provide coaching to the sales team to ensure full potential is met.
- Achieve personal and team sales goals to maximize hotel profitability.
- Create and implement sales plans designed to drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, and enhance volume, food and beverage, and banquet sales.
- Produce and review monthly reports to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead marketing efforts to up-sell guests on available hotel services, offerings, and amenities.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
