Almarai, the world’s largest vertically integrated dairy and region’s largest food and beverage manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee van sales operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Your role will be pivotal in achieving budgeted volumes and margins for Almarai products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage van sales operations in your assigned territory.
  • Achieve weekly distribution targets across all trade channels.
  • Monitor customer orders to align with market demand.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's credit policy to prevent financial losses.
  • Maintain adherence to Almarai's quality and safety policies.
  • Identify and provide necessary training for Supervisors to enhance their skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business.
  • Experience in budget preparation and planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Able to adapt to business needs and execute new plans.
  • Familiarity with the FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in team management and leadership, with the ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
