Join Tech First Gulf as an IT Sales Manager!
We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic management of System Integration Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with System Integration Channel Partners across the UAE. Identify and onboard new partners to expand market reach. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and align on growth strategies.
  • Revenue & Gross Margin Growth: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while ensuring profitability through gross margin and optimizing pricing strategies.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AV and ELV products. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners to secure favorable terms.
  • Product & Market Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of AV and ELV solutions, providing technical consultation to partners and customers on product capabilities.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track and report sales performance metrics, utilizing CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecast sales.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 8-12 years in IT sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong background in AV and Enterprise IT products.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to drive revenue and optimize gross margin.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and manage contracts.

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales and business development within the metal fabrication, steel, or aluminum industry.
  • Strong knowledge of stainless steel handrails, WPC doors, aluminum windows & facades, steel structures, and architectural metal works.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the construction and contracting sector (KSA experience preferred).

Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Technical understanding of fabrication and installation processes.
  • Good command of MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM software.
