Join Rotana Hotels as a Sales Manager!

We are seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging with managerial and departmental executives for effective client servicing, achieving targets and maximizing productivity.
  • Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
  • Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices with customers for transient and group business connected to the properties.
  • Promote and generate sales leads for Rotana within the designated areas.
  • Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including competition trends, as a result of direct sales solicitation and communication.
  • Maintain files of major accounts and assist in the accounts management system.
  • Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize upselling opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in sales with a minimum of two years of postgraduate experience, ideally within the hotel industry.
  • Computer literacy with excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and oral, in English; additional language skills are an asset.

Knowledge and Competencies:
  • Guest and service-oriented attitude with a proactive approach and strong drive for results.
  • Flexibility in daily business with high integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to exceed targets and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Teamwork, adaptability, customer focus, and drive for results are essential qualities.
