As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area of responsibility.

As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging with managerial and departmental executives for effective client servicing, achieving targets and maximizing productivity.
- Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
- Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices with customers for transient and group business connected to the properties.
- Promote and generate sales leads for Rotana within the designated areas.
- Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including competition trends, as a result of direct sales solicitation and communication.
- Maintain files of major accounts and assist in the accounts management system.
- Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize upselling opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in sales with a minimum of two years of postgraduate experience, ideally within the hotel industry.
- Computer literacy with excellent presentation skills.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and oral, in English; additional language skills are an asset.
Knowledge and Competencies:
- Guest and service-oriented attitude with a proactive approach and strong drive for results.
- Flexibility in daily business with high integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to exceed targets and implement effective sales strategies.
- Teamwork, adaptability, customer focus, and drive for results are essential qualities.
