At Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana, we are currently seeking passionate and dynamic sales professionals who take pride in delivering extraordinary customer service while providing creative solutions to our guests.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all sales activities to maximize business opportunities within your area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, servicing all levels of accounts and achieving targets for maximum productivity.
  • Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed assigned targets.
  • Negotiate prices with customers for both transient and group business.
  • Promote and generate sales leads within your respective areas.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions and competition trends based on direct sales efforts.
  • Maintain files of major accounts and assist in the management of these accounts.
  • Maximize upselling opportunities during negotiations.

Qualifications:
You should hold a degree in sales and possess at least two years of post-graduate work experience, ideally in the hotel industry. Proficiency in English is essential, along with excellent presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
