About the Role

PetroApp is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its sales team in Jeddah, located within the Makkah region. This is a full-time, office-based position focused on B2B sales, with no requirement for field visits or external travel.

Role Purpose

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets. This role involves direct engagement with prospective and existing B2B clients to identify their needs and provide suitable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective B2B clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate product solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall team success.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
• Provide customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience; telesales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment and Location

This position is based entirely in the office in Jeddah. The role does not require any field visits or external travel, providing a stable work environment within the company's premises in the Makkah region.
