Join Tangent International as a Sales Specialist!
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector? Tangent International, a well-established healthcare solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a talented Sales Specialist to support the growth of its Operating Room (OR) consumables and disposable portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for OR consumables.
  • Develop accounts across MOH hospitals, institutional hospitals, and private sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with OR teams, procurement, and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within hospitals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and clinical education sessions.
  • Monitor tender cycles and manage GRN processes.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM reporting.
  • Support new product launches and field requirements.

Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Science, or related field.
  • Experience in medical consumables or disposable products.
  • Understanding of Operating Room environments and hospital workflows.
  • Experience with MOH hospitals and procurement processes (NUPCO preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage territories and build hospital relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.

  • High decision-making capability and resilience under pressure.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
