Alesayi Holding is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join its team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with a strong background in payroll and compensation & benefits functions.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant administration of payroll processes and employee entitlements. This role demands a detail-oriented individual capable of managing complex calculations and adhering to local labor regulations, contributing to the overall efficiency of human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing payroll and ensuring accurate salary calculations.
• Calculating leave balances and employee entitlements.
• Performing End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations and settlements.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with large datasets, complex formulas, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of previous experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, particularly regulations related to payroll, salaries, leave, deductions, and employee entitlements.
