Senior Product Analyst Role Overview
PSD Group is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their team. This full-time position involves working with CHAMP Cargosystems, a leading provider of IT solutions for the air cargo industry. The role is based in Jeddah, KSA, with remote working available and some time required on client sites. The Senior Product Analyst will report to a Senior Product Manager and receive an annual salary of 381,000 SAR plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture, clarify, and translate customer needs into actionable product requirements that reduce ambiguity and improve delivery readiness.
- Own and maintain the Scrum team backlog, ensuring priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria are clear, current, and ready for sprint planning.
- Define functional and integration requirements that support customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and product roadmap objectives.
- Analyze requirements and recommend scalable solutions that balance business value, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.
- Own assigned business domain modules, aligning stakeholders on documented solutions that support consistent implementation and reuse.
- Lead delivery activities from inception to go-live, coordinating analysts, developers, and stakeholders to support on-time, quality releases.
- Mentor business analysts and development teams to improve Agile delivery practices, requirement quality, and solution consistency.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, solution documentation, and support materials that enable stakeholder approval and efficient development.
- Define test scenarios, validate delivered functionality, and provide business acceptance to improve release quality and reduce defects.
- Create workflows, interface designs, and mock-ups that accelerate solution validation and improve user understanding.
- Investigate operational incidents and defects, identify root causes, and support corrective actions to improve system stability.
- Build and maintain test libraries that strengthen manual and automated regression coverage.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Management.
- Sound experience in functional analysis and support of systems.
- 5 to 7 years of experience working specifically within the Air Cargo domain.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Experience with Air Cargo management systems and expert-level knowledge of the Air Cargo workflow (sales/operations).
- Knowledge of industry inter-system message formats, rules, and applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and reporting applications.
- Familiarity with common PC software and external interfacing systems.
- Systematic approach to problem-solving under pressure within a small team environment.
- Knowledge in user experience (UX).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, including integration testing using tools such as Swagger and Postman.
- Ability to create API documentation using YAML specifications.
- Creatively analytical, with an ability to think innovatively and support ideas with research.
- A team player comfortable collaborating with graphic designers, web architects, and clients.
- Knowledge in prototyping, including experience with wireframing tools like Invision, Marvel, *****, Framer, or Axure.
- Knowledge and experience in Agile software development, Scrum methodology, and user story creation.
Location and Work Environment
This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, KSA. The role offers flexibility with remote working options, alongside requirements for some time spent on client sites. The successful candidate will report to a Senior Product Manager.
