Role Overview

Adhelant Chemicals is seeking a Senior Project Sales Engineer for the Flooring Segment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for driving project-based sales, with a specific focus on flooring systems, particularly Epoxy Flooring. This involves identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive technical proposals for flooring projects.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Present product solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal technical and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and application support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the flooring chemicals sector.
• Support pricing strategies and participate in negotiation processes.
• Maintain and actively manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project sales, specifically within the flooring or construction chemicals industry.
• Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and manage key accounts.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position located in the Jeddah Region, requiring regular interaction with clients and internal teams to support project sales activities.
