About the Role

International Water Distribution Co. (Tawzea) is seeking a Full-time Software Developer / Engineer with 0-1 years of experience. This role focuses on the design, development, and optimization of web applications, database architectures, and business intelligence (BI) solutions. The immediate priority involves building robust web systems and extracting insights from data. While future plans include expansion into mobile applications, the core day-to-day responsibilities will center on our web and data ecosystem. The final job title (Software Developer or Software Engineer) will be determined based on the selected candidate's depth of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, verify, and deploy high-performance web applications.
• Develop robust database architectures and schemas.
• Create secure and scalable APIs to connect various systems.
• Implement actionable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and reporting tools.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing software and security systems.
• Evaluate user feedback, recommend system upgrades, and execute program improvements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support the transition into mobile applications as the development roadmap expands.

Technical Requirements

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Backend: Python.
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server is crucial for BI and core architecture.
• Mobile: Mobile application development experience is a plus for future initiatives but not required for immediate tasks.
