Rixos Hotels, established in 2000, is known for delivering an all-inclusive, luxurious experience with exceptional service and culinary delights. We invite you to be part of our team as a Storekeeper, where you'll play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and inventory within our prestigious hotel.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage all goods and deliveries to ensure they are logged per Rixos’s standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Place orders via our online procurement system.
  • Control and manage central stores including inventory and stock-taking.
  • Assist team members and support the Food & Beverage Department in a collaborative environment.
  • Conduct recipe costing for new menus and update existing costs and pricing.
  • Perform regular audits and verifications on stock and expenses to maintain financial integrity.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a relevant vocational hospitality degree, alongside 5-6 years of experience within a 4-5 star hotel environment.
