About the Supervisor Marketing Role

Courtyard by Marriott in Makkah is seeking a Supervisor Marketing to join their team. This full-time position involves promoting brand awareness and utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue while fostering guest loyalty. Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Supervisor Marketing will be responsible for a range of tasks focused on driving sales and supporting marketing initiatives. Key duties include:

  • Communicating with potential owners via telephone to arrange preview package sales and tours.
  • Encouraging guests and callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales and tours.
  • Clearly explaining the details and requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners.
  • Verifying that individuals meet eligibility criteria for preview package sales and tours before scheduling.
  • Determining and providing complimentaries to guests as tokens of appreciation for their patronage, such as rewards points or show tickets.
  • Performing general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing department, including filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.
  • Accurately, completely, and legibly receiving, recording, and relaying messages.

Core Responsibilities and Professional Conduct

This role involves contributing to team development and upholding company standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting management with employee training, evaluation, counseling, motivation, and coaching, acting as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
  • Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing guest service needs, and expressing genuine appreciation to guests.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with others, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely, and answering telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Performing tasks that may involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Undertaking other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
