Role Purpose and Contribution

The Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor will support the Trade Marketing Manager in executing effective trade marketing strategies. This involves coordinating the implementation of category and product planograms, in-store and outdoor branding, Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and in-store promotion activities. The primary objective is to collaborate with the Regional Sales team to drive overall sales growth and profitability for Almarai.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and review merchandising planograms and oversee their implementation across the designated sales region.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all merchandising requirements are met, aiming for merchandising excellence.
• Explore, organize, and review regional events, school programs, corporate activities, and special initiatives.
• Coordinate the rollout of marketing activities with local agencies and manage marketing interactions.
• Liaise with sales and merchandising teams to develop and agree on implementation plans for confirmed store-specific projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotions.
• Previous or current experience in a trade marketing category role.
• Familiarity with marketing campaigns and handling Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
