About Bupa Arabia and the Tamheer Provider Support Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Tamheer Provider Support professional to join its team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on critical administrative and system maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency within the provider network.

Role Overview and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to accomplish contract administration, facilitate data extraction, and maintain network systems. The Tamheer Provider Support will implement agreed departmental action plans and rules to achieve system efficiencies within defined timescales, contributing to the smooth operation of provider relationships and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of contract uniformity, standards, and regulatory compliance across all providers.
  • Ensure provider files and system data are complete, updated, and consistent with all agreements and amendments.
  • Assist in updating systems and tracking contract expiration dates within agreed timelines.
  • Regularly monitor the expiration of regulatory licenses for providers to facilitate timely renewals.
  • Coordinate internally and externally to resolve coding and pricing discrepancies.
  • Upload new prices, contracts, and amendments into operating systems.
  • Report system and statement errors to the line manager on a regular basis.
  • Support the updating of network changes within relevant systems.
  • Maintain an updated master sheet for provider network distribution.
  • Coordinate with operating teams and technical stakeholders to ensure the accurate implementation of contract/provider additions, deletions, amendments, and significant milestones.
