Role Overview

The Technical Support Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing the delivery of technical services. This includes supervising support teams, developing robust procedures, and ensuring service continuity to maximize user satisfaction throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical support operations and ensure the quality of services provided.
• Manage the technical support platform and follow up on user requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Supervise technical support teams at branches and provide necessary technical guidance.
• Manage technical assets and monitor their lifecycle.
• Analyze recurring technical issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare periodic reports and performance metrics for technical support services.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure service continuity and improvement.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in managing technical support services. This includes a proven track record in supervising support teams and developing effective service delivery procedures.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position within the Information Technology Department. The role requires presence in both Makkah and Jeddah, supporting technical operations across various company branches.
