The Role of Tender Manager

SADSCO is seeking a Tender Manager to lead and expand the company's government and institutional tender business. This full-time role, based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is central to SADSCO's commercial transformation, focusing primarily on NUPCO and related government procurement channels. The Tender Manager will report directly to the Head of Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete tender lifecycle, including opportunity identification, bid preparation, pricing strategy, submission, and post-award contract management for NUPCO and other government/institutional tenders.
• Drive measurable improvements in NUPCO tender scoring by coordinating with SADSCO’s partners and strengthening the company's local-content position.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders such as NUPCO, Market Place, ARAMCO Medical, and Ministry of Health procurement teams.
• Monitor competitor tender activity, pricing benchmarks, and award outcomes to continuously refine SADSCO's bidding strategy.
• Ensure full compliance of tender submissions with documentation requirements, SFDA registration status, and contractual terms.
• Forecast tender-channel volumes and revenue, reporting performance against targets to the Head of Commercial regularly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure product availability and full contract fulfillment on awarded tenders.
• Identify and pursue new government and institutional tender opportunities aligned with SADSCO's expanding portfolio.
• Manage a team responsible for collection, setting targets, and providing guidance and support.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in tender management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, nutraceuticals, medical devices, or food supplements sectors. A proven track record in managing government and institutional tenders, particularly with NUPCO, is essential.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
