The Role: Waiter / Waitress - Saudi Talent

This full-time position is for a Waiter / Waitress, specifically targeting Saudi Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is consistently positive and memorable. This role requires individuals who are dynamic and self-motivated, with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant Food & Beverage capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage in accordance with the hotel's standard performance manual.
• Greet and seat customers, providing professional, discreet, and personalized service.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet to effectively assist and advise guests.
• Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverage being served to ensure high standards.
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints or queries satisfactorily.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards within the outlet and ensure the proper upkeep of all service equipment.
• Be responsible for all service preparations before, during, and after the service, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scene.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage of resources.
• Actively utilize up-selling techniques to enhance guest experiences and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a Food & Beverage role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment. We are looking for individuals who are dynamic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high standards of service.
