About the Role

Alrawaf Contracting is seeking a Warehouse Keeper to manage critical warehouse operations. This full-time position is based in Makkah and Jeddah, focusing on the efficient handling and control of construction materials, tools, and equipment for various projects.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling inventory. This role requires proficient use of the SAP system to ensure accurate inventory records and strict compliance with company procedures and HSE standards throughout all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive materials physically and on the SAP system against approved Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery notes.
• Verify quantities, specifications, and condition of materials upon receipt.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and complete SAP transactions accurately.
• Store materials properly according to warehouse standards and material classifications.
• Issue materials based on approved Material Requests (MRs) through SAP.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement regarding shortages or urgent requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all warehouse transactions are updated in SAP in a timely manner.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and support inventory audits and reconciliation activities.
• Track damaged, slow-moving, and obsolete items and report to management.
• Ensure proper labeling, coding, and arrangement of materials inside the warehouse.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, logistics, and finance departments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with HSE regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
• Familiarity with the SAP system for managing warehouse activities is required.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment is essential for this role.

Work Environment

• Work will primarily be within project warehouses, construction sites, or company stores.
• The role may require frequent movement within warehouse and project areas.
• May involve lifting, handling, and moving materials and equipment in accordance with approved safety procedures.
• Exposure to outdoor/site conditions may be required depending on project location.
