Matcha House is a leading specialty matcha brand in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to sourcing premium Japanese matcha directly from renowned tea producers. The company serves a diverse customer base, including both retail and wholesale clients across the Kingdom.
Wholesale Sales Representative Role
Matcha House is seeking a Wholesale Sales Representative to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for a motivated and results-driven individual with 0-1 years of experience in sales. The primary objective of this role is to expand the company's business-to-business (B2B) presence and cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new wholesale business opportunities within the market.
- Prospect and engage with potential clients, including cafés, specialty coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and retail accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing wholesale customers.
- Conduct product presentations, organize tastings, and lead business meetings with prospective and current clients.
- Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize sales agreements.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
- Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities for account growth and increased sales.
- Coordinate effectively with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay informed about current market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs within the specialty beverage sector.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the food and beverage industry or B2B sales.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Saudi Arabia to meet business objectives.
- Demonstrated passion for sales, specialty beverages, and building professional business relationships.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular travel within the Kingdom to engage with clients and develop new business opportunities.
