About the Role

Arabius is seeking a dedicated Cultural Activities Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah or Makkah, within the Makkah Region, and is open to candidates with 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on facilitating cultural and linguistic integration for foreign individuals.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to equip foreign individuals with the skills to communicate effectively in Arabic and successfully navigate life in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The specialist will be instrumental in fostering both linguistic proficiency and a deeper understanding of Saudi culture among participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct consultative sessions, with durations typically ranging from 2 to 4 hours per session.
• Lead engaging and interactive activities for individuals and groups to enhance their Arabic communication skills.
• Facilitate a deeper understanding of Saudi culture among all participants.

Additional Duties

• Perform supplementary tasks to support the overall training process.
• Conduct audio recordings as required for training material development.
• Prepare and organize necessary training materials and resources.
• Utilize various media tools to enrich the learning experience.
• Actively engage with clients to ensure effective participation and progress.
