Main Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Function as a Maintenance Supervisor for Internal Pipe Coating and Custom Plants.
• Perform maintenance as per NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedure.
• Conduct necessary qualification tests to verify coating equipment compliance.
• Record Daily Maintenance Reports, AIMS, and all necessary operation reports.
• Follow Company HSEMS, QMS, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct preventative and general maintenance on systems including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, motors, conveyor systems, and PLCs.
• Provide emergency repairs during production.
• Interpret equipment manuals and electrical schematics for maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with management on inspection outcomes to facilitate planning.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Behavioral Skills: You should possess the ability to read and understand various schematics and controls. Being flexible and proactive in a team environment is essential.

Experience and Education: A diploma or college degree is required, along with 23 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience specifically related to equipment installation and maintenance is a must.
