About the Role:
As a Waiter, you will greet guests warmly and provide them with a personalized dining experience based on our restaurant’s specialty. Your main responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and offering tailored menu recommendations.
  • Answering detailed questions about the menu and dietary restrictions with expertise.
  • Providing high-level service to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
  • Taking accurate orders and entering them into the POS system.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications: We are looking for individuals with:
  • Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a specialty restaurant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to memorize and explain menu items in detail.

Job Description:

Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and collection processes for accounts.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3–5 years in revenue management or related roles in the hospitality industry, ideally in luxury hotels.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management principles.
  • Experience with revenue management software and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market is an advantage.
